Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Refunds will only cover the cost of the product

  • Original shipping and postage fees are non-refundable

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, certain personal-use items cannot be returned if they have been used or opened.

This includes:

  • Used swim socks

  • Opened latex nose clips

  • Opened silicone ear plugs

Items must be returned in an unused and resalable condition.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Returned to Sender Policy

Orders returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failure to collect a parcel

  • Delivery refusal

may not qualify for a refund of shipping fees.
