At AquaSafe Guardsocks, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.
UK Orders
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail 48.
Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 3:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Royal Mail 48 delivery typically takes 2–7 working days from dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.
Lost Parcels
A parcel is not considered lost until 21 working days after dispatch. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us at sales@gafenterprises.co.uk, and we will investigate the issue with the courier.
International Orders
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked/Tracked Standard (depending on destination and service availability).
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by country. Please allow up to 30 working days for delivery before an order is considered delayed.
Please note that customs processing may impact delivery times and is outside of our control.

If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or refused delivery, any shipping costs, return fees, or associated charges incurred may be deducted from your refund.

International parcels are not considered lost until 30 working days after dispatch.
Incorrect Address / Returned to Sender Policy
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, shipping charges are non-refundable.
